Olivia Rodrigo’s debut single “drivers license” became my soundtrack to January 2021 from the second it dropped. I was so in love with the song itself, her artistry, and how she earned the title as the first Asian American woman to have the biggest debut single ever that I had to make something to honor it!

Going into this redesign project, I wanted to emulate how the song and music video evoked a  supercut of a relationship where all someone can think of is the betrayal that came as a result. I kept this dreaminess and timelessness in mind when selecting the imagery and type.
